    We will attempt to contact you shortly to customize a loan that meets your specific needs and answer any questions you may have. We normally try to call you between 8:30 AM until about 6:00 PM Monday – Friday. If you are unavailable at these times, it helps us greatly if you can try to contact us tooCall (651) 552-3681.

    We need some documents from you: Minimum standard documentation for all applicants is:

    • Last 30-days of pay stubs for all applicants
    • The most recent two years W2’s
    • Most recent two years Federal Tax Returns if self employed or own rental property
    • Past two month bank and asset statements (real statements, what what would be mailed to your home)
    • Depending on your circumstances, additional documents like divorce decree, bankruptcy papers, and more may be needed

     

    Start submitting your application supporting documents:

    • Use our secure upload system (preferred and fastest)
    • Fax to (651) 994-6425 (30 pages or less per fax)
    • Send regular email to documents@joemetzler.com

  • Watch for “Loan Status Report” E-mails about your application
    Now that your application is finished, you will start to receive E-Mail notifications as each step of your loan process is completed.
