Yes, all Cambria Mortgage Loan Officers are licensed. This is important to understand, as not all loan officers are. In fact, around a whopping 70% are simply registered, and more like just an application clerk, versus a professional Loan Officer.

Cambria Mortgage is based out of Eden Prairie, MN, and is licensed to provided home mortgage purchase and refinance loans in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Florida, and Texas
3. What programs do you offer?
Cambria Mortgage offers all your typical home mortgage loans, including standard 30-year fixed, FHA loans, VA loans for our military, USDA rural housing loans.

5. Do you offer down payment assistance?
Yes, we work with many different programs that offer first time home buyers down payment and closing cost assistance. Of course not everyone will qualify for assistance, as most programs have income and credit score limits
